The 4th Innovation Forum on Future Laboratory Construction and Development Conference

Conference Overview

As China enters the 15th Five-Year Plan development phase, the national government has intensively rolled out multiple policies, explicitly proposing to vigorously develop new quality productive forces in health, construct high-level research laboratories and clinical research centers, and accelerate the transformation and application of medical and technological achievements. To strengthen policy implementation and support, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Notice on Implementing the Policy for Large-scale Equipment Upgrades and Trade-ins of Consumer Goods in 2026. Concurrently, 62.5 billion yuan in ultra-long-term special government bonds has been allocated, incorporating equipment upgrades in fields such as testing and inspection into the scope of support for the first time. This provides robust financial backing and policy guarantees for the quality enhancement and upgrading of medical laboratories. Meanwhile, technological innovations in multiple domains—including artificial intelligence, precision medicine, and green, low-carbon development—are accelerating breakthroughs and undergoing deep integration, continuously driving the intelligent transformation of traditional laboratories. Since the beginning of this year, medical institutions at all levels have successively initiated laboratory construction and renovation projects, formally propelling medical laboratories into a new systematic upgrading phase characterized by "functional adaptability, hierarchical optimization, and technological empowerment."

To build industry consensus, overcome technical bottlenecks, foster an industrial ecosystem, and seize market opportunities, Zhuyitai. in partnership with Messe Muenchen Shanghai, will host the "4th Future Laboratory Construction and Development Innovation Forum" in November 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Under the theme of Data & Intelligence Driven, Innovation Leading, the forum will focus on cutting-edge policies and practical explorations, engaging in in-depth discussions on future laboratory design concepts, the latest achievements in smart laboratory construction, pathways for the sustainable development of research laboratories, renovation and operational innovation of existing laboratory buildings, safety, energy-saving, and environmental protection strategies, as well as successful experiences in the integrated application of AI technology.

Accordingly, we sincerely invite leaders, managers, and professionals from relevant domestic and international medical institutions, enterprises, and institutions to join us at this grand event. Together, let us inject new momentum and forge new pathways for the construction and development of medical laboratories, jointly leading the future of the industry!
