analytica China 2024 and Labtech China Congress 2024 came to a successful conclusion on November 20, 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), bringing a feast of ideas collision and technical exchange to the laboratory industry. This year, analytica China has presented a grand meeting of technology and know-how exchanges for the industry, meeting future laboratories and exploring the new realm of science and technology. This is my fourth visit to analytica China and labtech China Congress. My primary focus was to explore testing and analysis equipment, as well as products related to laboratory environment control. At the exhibition, I saw high-precision instruments like Agilent's GC-MS and PerkinElmer's ICP-MS, along with other industry innovations such as digital laboratory planning, advanced fume hoods, and waste liquid collection and treatment devices. Many renowned industry experts and scholars participated in the exhibition, presenting a lineup of remarkable lectures that fostered intellectual exchange.
A major highlight of this exhibition was the 10th Shanghai International Symposium on Analytical Chemistry. The event featured 87 esteemed experts, and was thoughtfully organized into nine thematic forums and multiple seminars. It delivered a series of comprehensive, professional, and insightful presentations, offering valuable knowledge and inspiration to industry visitors.
Lab innovative technologies and product demonstrations create immersive future lab spaces
This year's Live Lab was themed "Zero-carbon Laboratory" and "The Power of Innovation in Animal Laboratories". Shanghai Construction Group, together with WALDNER, built the Live Lab with themes "Sustainable Development Booster of GreenBasics Laboratory" and "Laboratory 4.0- Future Digital Laboratory". Through keynote speeches, workshops, and product displays, the Live Lab showcased new laboratory technologies and products, aiming to construct future labs that are safe, comfortable, green, intelligent, and sustainable, providing users with an immersive visiting experience. In addition, KAICHUN, a well-known comprehensive service provider in the experimental animal industry, joined hands with some industry enterprises to simulate the real animal laboratory scene at the exhibition with the theme of "Leading the Innovative Power of Animal Laboratories", vividly demonstrating the cutting-edge applications and development trends of the experimental animal industry.
